Washington 6th grade social studies students wrapped up their Ancient India unit with a STEM Challenge. Applying their knowledge of simple machines and Ancient India irrigation systems, students created their own ancient irrigation system. Sixth-grade students read to the Kindergarten students, sharing their love of reading with others—a wonderful experience for everyone. Keep reading, Hornets! #WarsawInspires

February days may seem cold and dreary and can mean a good deal of inside recesses. Even when the windchill keeps us inside, we reclaim and reframe this time for good. We are always delighted when we see students spontaneously use the skills they've learned to keep building and to find connections. #WarsawInspires
